Make it Yourself: Stir Fry Seasoning
Like our original “Make it Yourself” seasoning post, this recipe serves to save money and headache because you can just make more when you need more-plus, it’s always a good idea to try to make something ‘yours’. Feel free to use this stir fry seasoning mix as is or if you have heat lovers in your household add 1 tsp of cayenne pepper or more to add even more zip!
Stir Fry Seasoning Mix
1/4 cup chicken bouillon powder (or crushed bullion cubes)
3 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons dried minced onions
2 tablespoons dried garlic (minced)
2 teaspoons dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon dried red pepper flake
Instructions
Mix everything and store in dry container. Use the same way that you normally use stir fry seasoning packets.

1 tablespoon = 1 packet
