It’s important to have a fun mealtime experience so that my kids have positive associations with food. Also, it’s a good time to bond as a family.
It helps keep us connected on many levels.
It’s the bonding time of the day after the whole day at work/school.
It is important to be have fun eating because in a lot of families it is the only time everyone is together. Everyone has so many activities they are always rushing around but eating together is a chance to have quality time together!
