Last Friday I went online to get a head start on my Christmas shopping. Shopping for my nieces and nephews was easy enough. I managed to find something for all of them that their parents had suggested in stock and at a site where gift wrapping was available. Phew! Then it was on to my parents who are always much harder to shop for. My sisters and I always struggle to find something for them that they don’t already have and that they will use. Over the past few years we have begun going in together and purchasing one big ticket item for them from all of us but it’s still difficult to find the perfect gift. Then I got the bright idea to check out direct tv black Friday deals. My parents have had basic over the air channels for years and the kids are always searching for something to watch while visiting. Plus my dad is always complaining that the game he wants to watch isn’t the one that’s on. So there’s my bright idea for this year—a subscription for directv! It’s something they will use and everyone will enjoy when they visit!
